Contacts can be added to your account from the Talkroute mobile app. Contacts created under the account are automatically shared and accessible to any logins under the account.

 

How to Choose a Contact List Type


  1. Log in to the Talkroute mobile app. Tap the triple line bar and go to Settings & Preferences.

     

     

  2. Under Default Contacts List, choose which contact list to use. Select iOS or Android to use your device's contacts, or select Talkroute Contacts to use the shared contact list accessible to all Admins and Users on the account.

How to Add a New Contact


  1. Tap the triple line bar and go to Contacts.

  2. Tap the plus icon at the top right.

  3. Enter the contact details and tap Done to save.

How to Add a Contact from Call Details


  1. Tap the blue (i) button next to the call details.

     

     

  2. Tap the three dots in the upper right-hand corner and select Create Contact.

  3. Enter the contact details and tap Done to save.

Note: Importing and exporting contacts is not an available feature at this time. More contact options will become available with future updates. If you have any questions, please submit a support ticket.
