Voicemail greetings are the messages your callers hear when directed to a Talkroute voicemail box. You can select from existing audio files or upload/record a new greeting.
Changing a Voicemail Greeting

Log in to the Talkroute desktop or web application and click the gear icon in the lower left corner to access Settings & Preferences.

Select Voicemail from the navigation menu on the left.

Find the voicemail box you wish to update and click the gear icon to open the mailbox settings.

Click the Select Greeting dropdown to choose from your existing audio files. If you need to upload or record a new greeting, click the upload icon next to the dropdown. For more details on adding audio files, see How to Add Audio Files.

Once you've selected your greeting, click Save Changes.
