Voicemail to Email sends your voicemail messages directly to your inbox. Each notification includes an .m4a audio file attachment of the voicemail message. You can configure which email address receives notifications for each voicemail box.
Configuring Voicemail to Email

Log in to the Talkroute desktop or web application and click the gear icon in the lower left corner to access Settings & Preferences.

Select Voicemail from the navigation menu on the left.

Find the voicemail box you wish to update and click the gear icon to open the mailbox settings.

Enter the desired email address in the Voicemail to E-Mail field and click Save Changes.
Note: To send voicemail notifications to multiple email addresses, create a distribution group within your email client and add that group address to the Voicemail to E-Mail field.
Important: If you're not receiving voicemail notifications, your email client may be blocking the attachments or sending them to spam. Add voicemail@talkroute.com to your approved sender list to avoid blocked emails.
