Voicemail Boxes store and route your voice messages to the desired email. To change the Voicemail Box for your Virtual Phone Number, please follow the steps below:

1. Login to your Talkroute account and navigate to the Manager tab.

2. Select your Virtual Phone Number and click "Edit"
|
|
3. Select the drop-down menu "If no one answers, where should we send your callers?" and choose Go To Voicemail. Select the drop-down menu "Which Voicemail Box?" and select one of your Talkroute Voicemail Boxes and click “Save & Close”
Tip: If you have multiple Virtual Phone Numbers, you can assign different Voicemail Boxes to each number. |
