Each virtual phone number can be configured to send unanswered calls to a specific voicemail box. If you have multiple virtual phone numbers, you can assign a different voicemail box to each one.
How to Change the Voicemail Box

Log in to your Talkroute account and navigate to the Manager section.

Under Virtual Phone Numbers, click Edit next to the phone number you want to update.

In the "If no one answers, where should we send your callers?" dropdown, select Go to a Voicemail Box.

In the "Which Voicemail Box?" dropdown, select the voicemail box you want to use.

Click Save & Close to apply your changes.
