The call menu audio file is what your callers hear when they reach your call menu. This audio should contain your menu options (e.g., "Press 1 for sales, press 2 for support") and any additional information you want to provide.
Callers can dial single-digit menu options or multi-digit extensions while the menu audio is playing. If no selection is made, the audio will repeat up to 2 additional times before disconnecting.
Note: Before you can assign a call menu audio file, you'll need to upload or record one. The preferred method is through the Talkroute desktop or web application. See How to Add Audio Files for instructions.
