Each menu option can be configured to send unanswered calls to a specific voicemail box. Voicemail boxes are flexible—you can use the same voicemail box for all of your menu options, assign a different voicemail box to each option, or any combination in between. Assigning a voicemail box to one menu option does not prevent it from being used with other options.
How to Change the Voicemail Box

Log in to your Talkroute account and navigate to the Manager section.

Under Call Menu, click Edit next to the menu option you want to update.

Under Forwarding Settings, in the "If the maximum hold time is reached, where should we send your callers?" dropdown, select Go to a Voicemail Box.

In the "Which Voicemail Box?" dropdown, select the voicemail box you want to use.

Click Save & Close to apply your changes.
