Submenus allow you to add an extra level of menu options to your call menu and extensions. You can create submenus from the Settings area or directly from the Manager area when editing a menu option or extension.
Adding a Submenu from Settings

Log in to the Talkroute control panel and navigate to the Settings section.

Select the Submenus tab.

Enter a submenu name, select an audio file for the menu greeting, and click Add Submenu.

Click Show Menu Options to view and add menu options within the submenu. For help adding menu options, see How to Add Menu Options.
Adding a Submenu from the Manager Area
You can also create a submenu directly when editing a menu option or extension.

Log in to the Talkroute control panel and navigate to the Manager section.

Under Call Menu (or Extensions), click Edit next to the option you want to modify.

Under Choose where to route incoming calls, select Go to Other Destination.

Under Where do you want to send callers?, select Go to a Menu, then click Add Submenu.

A popup will appear. Enter a name, select an audio file, and configure your menu options. Click Save when finished. For help adding menu options, see How to Add Menu Options.

Click Save & Close to finish.
