If your account has been suspended or canceled for more than 30 days, you may be prompted to select a new number during activation. If you would like to check whether your previous number(s) are still available, please submit a support ticket.

Important: Any special pricing or discounts previously applied to your account are not automatically restored upon reactivation. If you had a promotional rate or discount, please contact support before reactivating to discuss your options.
Note: If you were grandfathered into a legacy plan that is no longer offered, you will be prompted to reactivate on one of our current plans based on the features you were using. Review our current pricing plans for details.
