Talkroute only officially supports use within the US and Canada, though the desktop and web apps may work from other locations.
Talkroute only provides and forwards calls to U.S., Canada, and toll-free phone numbers. Outbound international calling is not supported—outgoing calls made through the Talkroute platform are limited to phone numbers in the U.S. and Canada.
You may receive incoming calls from international callers when they dial your Talkroute U.S. or Canadian number. However, incoming international calls to toll-free numbers are not supported and will not complete.
If your device has a separate phone service plan, you may still place international calls using your carrier's native dialer outside of Talkroute.
