To delete a virtual phone number you are no longer using, follow the steps below.
Important: Deleting a virtual phone number will also permanently remove all text message history associated with that number.
Deleting a Virtual Phone Number

Log in to the Talkroute control panel, navigate to the User Icon, and click Account.

Select the Virtual Phone Numbers tab.

Click Edit next to the number you wish to delete.

Click the Delete button.

Confirm by clicking Yes, delete it to remove the virtual number from your account.
Note: If this virtual phone number is an add-on, the monthly charge will drop off at your next billing cycle. If you accidentally delete a virtual phone number, please submit a support ticket or call 1-800-747-2140 and one of our agents will be happy to assist you.
