To delete a Virtual Phone Number you are no longer utilizing; please follow the steps below:

1. Login to your Talkroute account, navigate to the "User Icon," and click "Account."

2. Select the "Virtual Phone Numbers" tab.
|
|
3. Select "edit" next to the number you wish to delete.
|
|
4. Click the "Delete" button.
|
|
5. Confirm "Yes, delete it" to remove the virtual number from your account.
Important: If this virtual phone number is an add on virtual phone number, please allow until your next billing cycle for the charge to drop off. Note: If you accidentally delete a virtual phone number, please contact support by calling 1-800-747-2140 or email us at support@talkroute.com, and one of our agents will be happy to assist you. |
