Yes, Talkroute can be HIPAA compliant with a few exceptions for some of our features. Our text messaging and voicemail-to-email features are not currently encrypted and would need to be disabled for the account to be HIPAA compliant. If you need a signed SLA (Service Level Agreement) or BAA (Business Associate Agreement) for your business, this can only be done with our Enterprise plan at this time.
