Types of Audio Prompts

Welcome Greeting: The first message callers hear when they dial your Talkroute phone number (e.g., "Thank you for calling ABC Company").

Menu Prompt: The message callers hear when directed to a call menu (e.g., "Press 1 for sales, press 2 for support").
