If a caller hears this message, it usually means they tried to make a menu selection when no menu was active, or they selected an option that doesn’t exist. If this happens while your call menu audio is still playing, check that your call menu audio isn't mistakenly set as the Welcome Greeting. The Welcome Greeting is meant to be a brief introduction—not for explaining menu options. Callers won’t be able to press menu options until the call is routed to the actual Call Menu.
