My business is closed on the weekends. Can Talkroute play a special message on those days?

Yes! Talkroute's Hours of Operation feature lets you define when your business is open or closed. You can set different hours for each day of the week—including leaving weekends completely closed—and configure what happens when callers reach you after hours.

 

After-Hours Options

When your business is closed, you can play a custom audio message and then route the call to a voicemail box, send it to a call menu, or disconnect. This after-hours message applies to all times your business is marked as closed.

Need a Different Message for Special Closures?

The standard Hours of Operation settings use a single after-hours message for all closed times. However, if you need to play a different message for holidays, vacations, or other special closures, you can use the Hours Override feature. This lets you temporarily override your normal schedule with a separate audio message.
