Voicemail greetings are the messages your callers hear when directed to a Talkroute voicemail box (e.g., "We're sorry we missed your call..."). You can assign a different greeting to each voicemail box.
Note: Before you can assign a voicemail greeting, you'll need to upload or record an audio file. The preferred method is through the Talkroute desktop or web application. See How to Add Audio Files for instructions.
How to Change the Voicemail Greeting

Log in to your Talkroute account and navigate to the Settings section.

Select the Voicemail tab, then click Edit next to the voicemail box you want to update.

In the Select Voicemail Greeting audio file dropdown, choose the audio file you want to use.

Click Save & Close to apply your changes.
Uploading Audio from the Control Panel
You can also upload or record a new audio file directly from the voicemail settings by clicking the upload icon next to the greeting dropdown. This opens a quick upload/record dialog without leaving the page.
