If I leave Talkroute, can I take my Talkroute Number with me?

Yes. If you are an active, paying customer, you may request to port your Talkroute number(s) to another provider if you decide to cancel your service.

Please note: Porting is only available for numbers assigned to paid accounts. Numbers assigned during a free trial period are not eligible for porting unless the account is upgraded to a paid plan. If you are on a trial and wish to retain your number, please contact us before canceling.

Talkroute will honor valid port-out requests submitted by your new provider in accordance with industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee that your new provider will accept the number or complete the porting process successfully.
