Yes. To forward calls to an answering service, you'll want to make two changes to your forwarding number settings:
- Disable Call Announce — Answering services typically have automated systems that pick up the line. Call Announce requires a key press to accept the call, which these systems can't do.
- Change the Incoming Caller ID to show the caller's number — This allows the answering service to see who is calling rather than displaying your Talkroute number.
