No. You can forward calls to any combination of phones and service providers. For example, you could route calls to an AT&T cell phone, a Comcast landline, and a coworker's Verizon phone all at the same time.
You can also include the Talkroute desktop and web applications as destinations alongside your physical phones. Mix and match however works best for your team—there are no restrictions on combining different devices, carriers, or apps.
