Account logins can be either Admins or Users with access to your Talkroute account. To remove a user login, follow the steps below.

 

Removing a User or Admin


  1. Log in to the Talkroute control panel and click the User Icon in the top right corner, then select Account from the dropdown menu.

  2. Go to the Users & Permissions tab and click Edit next to the user you wish to remove.

  3. Click the red Remove User button.

User Types Explained


  • Account User: Limited access to the account. Users can only access assigned voicemail boxes, text messaging on assigned numbers, and call history. Users can also access the apps.
  • Account Admin: Full access to all features and settings on the account through the Talkroute website and apps.
