How to Change User Voicemail Permissions

Voicemail permissions control what level of access each user has to voicemail boxes within your Talkroute account. You can set permissions individually for each user and for each voicemail box.

Permission Levels

There are three permission levels available:

  • Disabled: The user cannot see this voicemail box or any messages in it through Talkroute.
  • View Only: The user can view and listen to voicemail messages, but cannot delete or mark messages as read/unread.
  • Full Access: The user can view and edit voicemail messages through Talkroute.

How to Change Voicemail Permissions

  1. Log in to your Talkroute account and navigate to the user icon, then select Account.

  2. Select the Users & Permissions tab.

  3. Find the user you want to modify and click Edit.
