How to Change User Call Recording Permissions

Call recording permissions control what level of access each user has to call recordings within your Talkroute account. You can set permissions individually for each user and for each Talkroute phone number.

 

Permission Levels

There are three permission levels available:

  • Disabled: The user cannot listen to, download, or delete call recordings through Talkroute.
  • View Only: The user can listen to call recordings but cannot delete them.
  • Full Access: The user can listen to, download, and delete call recordings through Talkroute.

 

How to Change Call Recording Permissions

  1. Log in to your Talkroute account and navigate to the user icon, then select Account.

     

     

  2. Select the Users & Permissions tab.

     

     

  3. Find the user you want to modify and click Edit.

     

     

  4. Click the Edit Permissions button.

     

     

  5. Select the Call Recordings tab. Choose the desired permission level for each Talkroute phone number, then click Save Permissions.

     

     

  6. Click Save & Close to apply your changes.
