How to Ring All of Your Phones at Once

Ring All is a ring strategy that rings all of your forwarding phone numbers at the same time. When any phone answers, the other phones stop ringing. You can also set the maximum hold duration for callers before the call is sent to voicemail, a call menu, or disconnected.

How to Set Up Ring All

  1. Log in to your Talkroute account and navigate to the Manager section.

  2. Locate the Virtual Phone Number, Call Menu Option, or Extension you want to configure and select Edit.

  3. Under Forwarding Settings, select Ring all. Talkroute will ring all phones in the list at the same time.

  4. Adjust the maximum hold time to set how long callers wait before being sent to voicemail, a call menu, or disconnected. While on hold, Talkroute will attempt to ring your phones in 30-second increments up to the selected maximum.

  5. Adjust how often you want Talkroute to retry ringing your phones after the first attempt. This setting only applies if the maximum hold time is set to 1 minute or higher.

  6. Click Save & Close.

Note: You can add up to 10 forwarding phone numbers in a Ring All configuration. If you need more than 10, use Ring in Sequence instead.
