How to Add a Custom Ringtone to Incoming Talkroute Calls

A custom incoming ringtone can play when a call from Talkroute rings your phone, making it easy to distinguish business calls from personal ones.

This feature requires setting your incoming caller ID to display your Talkroute phone number instead of the caller's number. When calls show your Talkroute number, you can save that number as a contact on your phone and assign a custom ringtone to it. If your caller ID is set to show the caller's number, each individual caller would need to be saved as a contact with a custom ringtone—which isn't practical for most businesses.

Note: Your phone must support storing contacts and assigning custom ringtones to individual contacts.
