Why am I receiving an error message when attempting to transfer a call?

If you receive an error when attempting to transfer a call from the mobile app, it's likely because the cell phone you're using is not listed as a forwarding number in your account. To use call transfer from the mobile app, your device's phone number must be added as a forwarding phone number.

 

To fix this, log in to your account and verify your phone is listed under Forwarding Phone Numbers. For help adding your phone, see How to Add a Forwarding Phone Number.
