The Desktop app will ask permission to access your microphone upon first logging in. If this prompt is declined, it will prevent the app from accessing your mic. To allow mic access for the app, please follow the steps below: 2. Select Security & Privacy, then Privacy, and Click Microphone from the list 3. Click the Lock icon at the bottom left to unlock and make sure Talkroute is checked
