When I dial a number from the mobile app, why does my Talkroute number display on my phone's dialer?

The Talkroute app works by calling an access number through your smartphone's regular dialer to connect you to the number you dialed in the app. This access number will be the Talkroute number you wish to display as the outgoing Caller ID to the number you are dialing from the mobile app.

If you are not connecting to the number you dialed in the app or if you are hearing a message saying to "enter the 10 digit number you wish to dial", then a setting in the app may not be correct. Note: This requires that you have voice and data access with your service provider for the app to work.
