If the Talkroute Desktop Application isn't working correctly after a reinstall or major update, leftover temporary files may be causing a conflict. Removing these files and reinstalling the application typically resolves the issue.
Windows

Uninstall the Talkroute Desktop Application from Settings → Apps → Add or Remove Programs.

Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog. Copy and paste the following path into the field, then click OK or press Enter:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming -
In the folder that opens, find the Talkroute folder, right-click it, and select Delete.

Download and install the latest version of the Desktop Application: Download Desktop App
Mac

Uninstall the Talkroute Desktop Application by opening Finder → Applications, then dragging the Talkroute icon to the Trash.

In Finder, select Go → Go to Folder from the menu bar (or press Shift + Command + G).

Copy and paste the following path into the field, then click Go or press Enter:
~/Library/Application Support -
Find the Talkroute folder, right-click it, and select Move to Trash.
