Yes, as long as the phone is listed as a forwarding phone number within your Talkroute account, you can transfer calls to and from it. This works with any type of phone—cell phones, landlines, or VoIP phones—and no app is required. Call transfers are also supported with the Talkroute Desktop and Web applications.
