Why are transfer code disabled for my forwarding phone numbers?

Transfer codes are automatically disabled for forwarding phone numbers, voicemail boxes, and users when you have more than 99 of any of these in your account. This is because transfer codes are limited to two digits (01–99).

 

You can still transfer live calls to forwarding phone numbers with disabled transfer codes by associating each number with an extension and using the extension number to complete the transfer.
