Voicemail boxes are where your voicemail messages are stored in your Talkroute account. Each voicemail box can have its own greeting, email address for notifications, and transcription settings.
You can create additional voicemail boxes to separate messages for different areas of your phone system — for example, one for sales and another for support. The same voicemail box can also be reused across multiple menu options or extensions.
