Why am I not receiving my voicemail to email notifications?

If you're not receiving voicemail notifications by email, the messages may be blocked or filtered by your email provider. Talkroute sends voicemail messages as .m4a file attachments, which some email clients automatically block or send to spam.

 

To resolve this issue:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder for emails from voicemail@talkroute.com.
  2. Add voicemail@talkroute.com to your contacts or approved senders list.
  3. Verify that the correct email address is entered in your voicemail box settings.
  4. If you use a corporate email system, ask your IT administrator to whitelist voicemail@talkroute.com.
