Can I send voicemail messages to different email addresses?

Each voicemail box can have one email address assigned to receive voicemail notifications and audio attachments. You can create multiple voicemail boxes with different email addresses and assign them to different phone numbers, menu options, or after-hours routing.

 

If you need multiple people to receive notifications for a single voicemail box, you can assign a distribution list or group email address. Alternatively, recipients can forward voicemail notifications from their email client.

 

Note: Voicemail messages cannot be transferred between voicemail boxes within Talkroute.
