Each voicemail box has unlimited message storage. The desktop, web, and mobile apps display up to 1,000 of your newest messages. If you need to access older messages, you can view them in the control panel at cp.talkroute.com.
You can download voicemail messages from the desktop app, web app, or control panel if you want to keep a copy before deleting them.
Tip: Enable voicemail-to-email notifications to automatically receive a copy of each message in your inbox. This provides a simple way to archive voicemails without manually downloading them.
