When you create a new user or admin login, Talkroute automatically sends a password setup email to the email address you registered for that user. The new user clicks the link in the email to create their password.
Resending the Password Email
If the user didn't receive the email or the link expired, there are two options:
- From the control panel: Go to User Icon → Account → Users & Permissions, click Edit next to the user, and send a new password reset link.
- Self-service: The user can request a password reset directly at cp.talkroute.com/resetting/request.
Tip: If the email isn't arriving, have the user check their spam folder and add noreply@talkroute.com to their contacts.
