Can I assign specific voicemail boxes to my users?

Yes, you can control which users have access to each voicemail box by setting permissions. Go to the user's profile, edit their permissions, and select the access level for each voicemail box.

 

Permission Levels

  • Disabled: The user cannot view or edit messages.
  • View Only: The user can view messages on the Talkroute website but cannot edit them.
  • Full Access: The user can view and edit messages on the Talkroute website and apps.
