Yes, you can control which users have access to text messaging by setting permissions. Go to the user's profile, edit their permissions, and select the access level for each Talkroute phone number.
Permission Levels
- Disabled: The user cannot view or send text messages.
- View Only: The user can view text messages but cannot send or respond to them.
- Full Access: The user can view, send, and manage text messages.
