Why am I receiving "Error message on voicemail playback" when attempting to play a voice message?

You may be using an unsupported browser.

Voicemail messages are stored in your voicemail box as .wav files. Several browsers, including Safari and Internet Explorer, do not support the playing of .wav files. We recommend utilizing Chrome or Firefox when accessing your Talkroute account.
