Why did my trial end early?

During a trial period, only one virtual phone number activation is provided. Adding another virtual phone will prompt you to end your trial early. Adding any additional users or voice mailboxes beyond what your chosen plan includes will end a trial early as well. 


We can only port numbers to Paid Accounts. Please note that if you registered a free trial, initiating a port request will end your trial early and convert your account to a Paid Plan.


Requesting voice studio services, caller ID name, and purchasing a custom number are not allowed during the trial period. Requesting these services can be done after the trial period is complete or we can end the trial period early on your behalf.
