Why did my trial end early?

Your trial may end early if you take actions that require activation of paid features. These include:

  • Adding more than one virtual phone number

  • Adding additional users or voicemail boxes beyond what's included in your trial

  • Initiating a number port request (porting is only available for paid accounts)

  • Requesting services like Caller ID name, Voice Studio recordings, or custom number purchases

These actions will automatically convert your trial to a paid plan. If you'd like to access these features before your trial ends, please contact our support team — we can help transition your account early.
