No. Talkroute does not automatically charge a fee for exceeding the Reasonable Use Policy.
We're proud to report that 99.93% of users remain within acceptable usage limits. If your account is found to exceed reasonable usage, a Talkroute representative will contact you to discuss the issue and explore potential solutions.
These may include adjusting usage patterns, upgrading to a plan more appropriate for your needs, or—in rare cases involving abuse or fraud—temporary suspension or cancellation of service.
