Yes, call history includes detailed call path information showing which menu option or extension the caller selected and which user answered the call.
To access detailed call path data, use the History & Reporting section in the desktop or web app, or the Call History area in the control panel. The main history view on web, desktop, and mobile shows basic information only, such as caller and called numbers, virtual number, date and time, duration, and call direction.
