The reason that a call status may show up as "Unknown" in the Call Details within your Call History is due to utilizing the Ring All forwarding settings. In short, Talkroute is unable to detect which of your forwarding phones either answered or missed the incoming call when using this particular ring strategy.
Unfortunately, this is a known technical limitation with the Ring All forwarding setting and there is no known solution at this time. If you need to be able to view this data, we suggest switching to the Ring in Sequence forwarding setting which will accurately display this information.
