Why do advanced filters only show records after February 7, 2018

On February 7, 2018, Talkroute released an update to our Call History and Reporting features that allow users to track and filter data such as, which Menu Option was selected, which Extension was dialed, which Forwarding Phone Number received the call and more.

Prior to February 7, 2018, this data was not logged and therefore call records prior to this date will not display when filtering records with these new advanced filters.
