Do I get charged a fee if I exceed the Reasonable Use Policy?

No. Talkroute will not automatically charge a fee for violating the Reasonable Use Policy.

Talkroute is proud to say that 99.93% of our users never violate the Reasonable Use Policy. If your account is determined to have violated the Reasonable Use Policy, a Talkroute representative will contact you regards to the unauthorized activity.

We strive to work with each and every one of our customers to provide a fair and reasonable solution to any violations. These solutions may include but are not limited to; customer agreeing to change their usage in order to comply with our policy, customer agreeing to a “metered plan”, and in the most extreme cases, the account may be suspended or cancelled (e.g. fraudulent activity).
