Talkroute reviews and responds to all port requests within 24–48 hours during normal weekday business hours. After we submit your request, the timeline for completing the port depends on the current service provider and the carriers involved.
On average, number ports are completed within 3–5 business days from the date of submission. However, if a manual port is required, the process may take a few weeks. Talkroute will keep you informed throughout the process and notify you once a confirmed completion date is provided by the carrier.
Note: If you've requested texting activation on your ported number, this may take an additional 1–3 business days after the port has been completed.
