Can I have multiple call menus under a single account?

Each Talkroute account includes one main call menu. If you need to route callers to multiple companies or departments, you can use submenus or multi-digit extensions within your main menu.

 

Submenus example: Press 1 for Company A (routes to Submenu A), Press 2 for Company B (routes to Submenu B)

 

Multi-digit extensions example: Press 1 for Sales, then press 101 for Company A, 102 for Company B, 103 for Company C

 

If you need completely separate call menus with their own greetings and options, you would need separate Talkroute accounts. A multi-account discount may be available — contact us for details.
