Can I have multiple call menus under a single account?

Only one main call menu is available per account. Under our Pro plan or higher, you can incorporate submenus with your main call menu to access different departments of the companies.

Example: Press 1 for Company A --> Submenu A, Press 2 for Company B --> Submenu B

You can also set up multi-digit extensions with the Pro plan or higher:

Example: Press 1 for Sales --> Then press 101 for Company A sales team, 102 for Company B sales team, 103 for Company C Sales team

If you require another full call menu with its own message and set of options for your virtual phone numbers, the only way to do this would be by signing up for separate Talkroute accounts for the numbers.
