How to Update Billing Information

Please make sure you are logged into your Talkroute account when updating your billing information.  The URL on the top of your webpage should be To update your billing information, please follow the steps below:  

Updating Billing Information

1. Login to your Talkroute account and navigate to the User Icon. Click the User Icon, then click Account in the drop-down menu.


2. Select the Account Information tab.

Note: You can also update your billing email address from this area. Any receipts for one time or monthly charges on the account will be sent to the listed billing email.


3. Select 'Edit' next to Billing Information.


4. Enter new credit card information (must match the billing information on your credit card statement) & then select 'Save'.




When testing these changes, you must dial your Talkroute Phone Number from a phone number that is NOT listed as a Forwarding Phone Number. If you attempt to call your Talkroute Phone Number from a Forwarding Phone Number, the call will disconnect or outbound dialing will be initiated (if enabled).
