A virtual number, also known as DID (direct inward dialing) or access number, is a telephone number without a directly associated telephone line. You would be able to receive incoming calls with this Virtual phone number and have the calls route to a forwarding phone number or our desktop application. You would also have the ability to place outgoing calls as this virtual phone number. These are the numbers your callers would be dialing to and you would have the ability to place outgoing calls showing these numbers as well. You can choose to add new local/toll-free numbers or you can request to port your numbers to our service to make them Virtual Phone Numbers. |
