Talkroute retains phone numbers from paid accounts for a reasonable amount of time after service has been terminated in accordance with FCC guidelines. After this time has expired, the phone number you previously held will be released and open to registration by other users.
If you recently cancelled your account and wish to recover your previous phone number, there may be a small recovery window available. Please submit a support ticket as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist you.
